That’s why we offer a fair and flexible Exam Retake Policy to give you additional chances to prove your knowledge and earn your credential.
Retake Policy
- Each initial enrollment includes two exam attempts.
- If you do not pass within those attempts, you may purchase a Retake Package for 50% of the original enrollment fee.
- The Retake Package gives you two more exam attempts.
Time Limit Rules
To keep exams current, fair, and manageable, the following rules apply:
- 180-Day Window: You must attempt your exam(s) within 180 days of your original enrollment. If you fail to attempt the exam within this period, you will need to purchase the Retake Package to regain access.
- 365-Day Limit: If you do not purchase and use the Retake Package within 365 days (1 year) of your original enrollment date, your enrollment will expire completely, and you will need to pay the full program fee to re-enroll.

Certifications: 150 MCQs | 1.5 hours
Certificates: 50 MCQs | 30 minutes
